Does it work for hair salons, dentists, hotels?
Yes. All you need is a Google Business profile. The instructions differ by category — products, services, tone — but the mechanism is the same for a trattoria and a dental practice.
Do the replies really sound like a person wrote them?
That depends on how much you give it to work with. With a tone, signature, and two lines about how you talk, replies reference what the customer wrote and your real products — the opposite of a one-size-fits-all template.
Can I review every reply before it's published?
Yes, and that's the default: everything waits until you approve. You switch on automation when you're ready, and only above the star threshold you choose.
What is auto-reply and how do I set it up?
Choose a threshold — for example 4 and 5 stars. Above it, ReputAI publishes as soon as the review arrives. Below it, the reply is ready but waits for you. Toggle it on and off with one click from settings, location by location.
